Our Mission
RESCET™ was created to provide a humane alternative to adversarial systems that often intensify the conflict and emotional harms of divorce. When children are involved, RESCET™ aims to foster conditions for cooperative parenting and long-term emotional health.

RESCET™ is a unique type of mediation for couples in crisis who find themselves at an impasse. Some couples are still trying to decide whether to stay together. Others have already begun consultations with divorce attorneys and are on the verge of filing. Some have filed for divorce yet want to navigate it with as little damage as possible. Whether the path leads to reconciliation or divorce, RESCET™ intervenes before families are consumed by the runaway train of litigation.
Our Approach
RESCET™—Relational Enquiry Synthesising Cross-disciplinary Expertise for Transformation, offers an emotionally intelligent alternative to traditional conflict resolution. The aim is not merely to win, but to understand one another. To heal relationships in union or separation.
What to Expect
The goal of RESCET™ is to create mutual understanding and a clear path forward, whether the outcome is reconciliation or separation. Participation in the process is voluntary, and any agreements reached during mediation are entered into voluntarily.
The process is confidential under Florida Statute §44.405, Mediation Confidentiality and Privilege Act, except where disclosure is required by law. It does not create an attorney–client relationship, involve legal advice, or constitute therapy.
Participants complete preparation in advance, including attending an initial consultation outlining the mediation day. The mediation session, which can be as long as eleven hours, includes interdisciplinary methods that support focus and emotional regulation.
All agreements are documented, and next steps are reviewed. These may include continued couple or family therapy or filing instructions.
Meet the Team
Behind RESCETâ„¢ are two professionals who understand the human cost of the adversarial system and work to offer families a better way.
Lauren and Ayelet developed RESCETâ„¢ to address the gap between legal procedure and human reality. Their combined expertise offers families a humane process for resolving conflict.
When approached with clarity and respect, conflict becomes a turning point rather than an endpoint. Every conversation has the potential to reshape understanding, restore balance, and make space for peace.
