What is RESCET™?
A structured process to help you decide — together or apart.
RESCET™ — Relational Enquiry Synthesising Cross-disciplinary Expertise for Transformation — is a pre-filing process that helps couples understand their options and navigate decisions about their relationship with greater clarity. It combines divorce mediation with systems-informed relational coaching, guided by two professionals working with you together.
It is for couples at a turning point — when a relationship can no longer continue as it is, and decisions must be made. You do not need to have decided to divorce. You only need a shared willingness to engage honestly.
Divorce litigation
Pits spouses against each other through lawyers and courts. RESCET™ is non-adversarial — you work with two mediators in one private, structured process.
Traditional mediation
Focuses on negotiating assets and parenting plans. RESCET™ goes further — helping you understand the patterns and misunderstandings that shaped the relationship, so decisions are clearer and more durable.
Couples therapy
Aims to repair the relationship through ongoing treatment. RESCET™ is not therapy. It is a structured, time-limited process to help you reach a decision — whether that means staying together or separating.
