RESCET™ ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to provide information about our mediation and relational coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
When you submit a form on our Site — whether requesting a consultation or a free marketing call — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred consultation times, timezone, and a brief description of your situation. If you arrive at our Site via an advertisement, we may also capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) to understand which outreach efforts are connecting with visitors. Payment information for consultations is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find our Site and which content resonates. The Meta Pixel places cookies on your device to track page views and actions such as form submissions and checkout initiation. You control whether these cookies are set. When you first visit our Site, you will see a cookie banner allowing you to accept or decline tracking. If you decline, no tracking cookies will be placed and the Meta Pixel will not load. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and revisiting our Site.
We use the information we collect to respond to your consultation or call requests, to schedule and conduct consultations, to understand which outreach efforts are effective, and to improve our Site and services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. When you submit a consultation or marketing call request, your information is emailed to members of our team so we can respond to your request. Payment data is processed by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.
We retain consultation request records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete your information, opt out of tracking cookies at any time, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our Contact page.
Please note that once a mediation process begins, all mediation communications are confidential and privileged under Florida's Mediation Confidentiality and Privilege Act (Fla. Stat. §44.401–44.406). This legal privilege is separate from and additional to the privacy practices described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us through our Contact page.
